Banquet PatchCalling all Brothers of Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge!

Come and join us January 10, 2009, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., at Jupiter High School's cafeteria for a night of fun, food, and fellowship to commemorate the accomplishments of the Best Lodge, All Around, at Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge's annual Banquet! There will be: door prizes; raffles; patch auctions (both live and silent); fabulous food; promotions for NOAC, Section Conference, and OA High Adventure; Founders Awards announcements; James E. West Fellowship announcements; and other awards to recognize the accomplishments of the Lodge! New this year, Aal-Pa-Tah is conducting the 2009 Vigil Honor call-out at Banquet! This is not an evening to miss! The fee for Banquet is $10, which includes an event patch from the annual weekend patch set.

Members must be dues paid to participate in Lodge events, and the 2009 Lodge dues are $10. But wait, there's more! Now is a great time to purchase your 2009 FastPass! At only $90 for 2009, Fast Pass makes a great gift for the Holiday Season, and includes:

  • Annual Dues
  • 2009 Lodge Banquet Fee
  • 2009 Lodge Weekend Fees (Powwow, May/June Ordeal, September Ordeal, Winter Fellowship; Lodge only, no Section or National Events)
  • 2009 Lodge Patch set, including the back-patch.
  • Served first for all meals.
  • Faster registration and check-in for events.

You can use the Lodge website to register for Banquet, to pay your dues, and to purchase your 2009 FastPass! Go to www.aal-pa-tah237.org and click on the red "Register for Event" tab and follow the instructions. If you are already a 2009 FastPass holder, please use the website to let us know you are coming. As always, you can also register by phone with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by calling Gulf Stream Council Service Center at (561)694-8585; or emailing [email protected]. (Please make sure to provide your name, event, dues etc...registering for, credit card number, name on credit card, expiration date, and phone number you can be reached at). Talent Release - By participating in any Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge activity, the participant, and the participant's legal guardian when the participant is a minor, grants Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge and Gulf Stream Council - and their officers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, or assigns - permission and consent, to copyright, use, publish, exhibit, display, broadcast, or otherwise disseminate via any medium: film, video, kinescope, audio, still pictures, slides, or any other type of recording, which includes the participant's name, voice, and/or image or likeness. The participant and/or legal guardian waives any and all rights to inspection or approval of the final product. The participant and/or legal guardian waives any all rights to remuneration for uses consistent with this waiver. The participant and/or legal guardian further releases Aal-Pa-Lodge and Gulf Stream Council - and their officers, employees, agents, licensees, representatives, or assigns - from any liability arising out of uses consistent with this waiver, including but not limited to claims of misrepresentation or false light. Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge and Gulf Stream Council warrants they shall conduct all uses in manners consistent with the policies of the Boy Scouts of America.
