    - Successful Vigil weekend

    - Prospective Elangomats should contact him before Ordeal

    - Trying to increase chapter attendance
    - Planning a fun activity

    - Gator Tales articles need to be submitted due to miscommunication the deadline was not met by any lodge officers or chapter chiefs.

  - Spring Powwow concept
    - New Developments from Dutchee
      - Activity assignments already made
      - Prospective Schedule published with several changes needing to be made
  - Ft. Blanchard Concept
    - Issue of Cost
    - Other projects also brought up
      - OA Ring (Wood Badge Ticket)
      - Dance Arbor (Hitchiti)
    - Majority of those present expressed approval to further explore the proposal
  - Election Rules
    - New rules proposed in a slightly shorter form
    - Old Rules are retained due to vagueness in several areas of the new rules
    - Hybrid of both to be emailed out before conference call
    - Elections in March at Spring Powwow (5-2 in favor of measure)
      - Ian and Luke against and Bobby abstained
  - Patches Year Set
    - Reviewed individually
    - Several edits proposed to several patches
    - Spring Powwow Patch agreed upon by the Officers and the Lodge Chief present due to issue of time.
  - Best All-Around Lodge Competition
    - Discussion over it’s validity
    - Effort versus Reward
    - Proposed not participating in this year’s completion
      - Elliot, Chas, Ian, and Bobby against not competing.
      - All others in favor except for Dan’s abstaining
  - Section Conference 2011
    - Prospective time change
    - Staying with 2011 (up for further discussion)
